Johnny is the founder and our guide through everything fitness.
As a teenager, Johnny was overweight, but through sweat and hard work, he not only lost weight but became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.
Now he wants to share his knowledge and experience to help everyone live a happier and healthier life.
